Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an American author of cookery books as well as Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa that began airing in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons to 2020. Ina began her career in the White House for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and other policy documents. Ina initially enjoyed being stimulated by the intellectual aspect of the job, but then lost interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. The store was very successful throughout the 18 years that she decided to sell it. After that, she started the first book. Several other books and newspaper articles were published. In addition, her Food Network TV show also was launched with great hit. Furthermore, she sells all kinds of cooking equipment, tools and storage containers. Ina has never been to any cooking school, nor was employed at a restaurant. Ina is completely self-taught. Her casual approach to entertaining as well as her simple cook style are very well-known. Some of her most famous recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
